韩信，男，汉族，中共党员，四川巴中人，中国数学会会员，达州市数学学会理事，博士毕业于西南大学，讲师。主要从事机器学习、神经网络、神经动力学优化理论、连续时间分布式优化算法的研究工作。目前主持市厅级科研项目2项，参与1项国家自然科学基金面上、2项省部级和2项市厅级科研项目。
近年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份在包含IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (人工智能领域旗舰期刊)、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs、Signal Processing、Neurocomputing等SCI收录的国际期刊上发表学术论文7篇(其中IEEE Transactions系列论文4篇) ，发表EI会议论文2篇，发表中文期刊论文8篇。担任期刊Neural Networks (中科院1区，人工智能领域顶级期刊，CCF人工智能方向的B类期刊)、Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics、Optimization、工程数学学报以及国际EI会议ICIST、ICONIP、IJCNN、ICACI的审稿人。2018年获重庆市优秀硕士学位论文，2023年获西南大学优秀研究生二等奖和五好研究生荣誉称号。
